Coopers Recipe (coopersrecipe.com) is a project of Sacred Soul Farm, based in Naples, Florida. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sacred Soul Farm, and "you" means anyone who visits the site, uses the recipe or buys the book. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

Coopers Recipe and the book Babies Should Eat Like a Baby share one mother's personal experience and research. They are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical advice. The author is not a doctor, nutritionist or licensed healthcare provider, and nothing on this site or in the book creates a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship.

The statements on this site and in the book have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The book, the recipes and this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Infant nutrition is serious. Homemade infant formula has not been approved by the FDA, and every baby's needs are different. Always talk with your pediatrician before making any change to how your baby is fed, and follow their guidance. Never delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read here. If your baby is unwell, contact your doctor or emergency services straight away.

Your responsibility

If you choose to make or use any recipe from this site or the book, you do so at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for that choice. That includes choosing, storing and preparing ingredients safely, keeping equipment clean, and following your pediatrician's guidance on amounts, feeding and your baby's particular needs and allergies.

Stories and testimonials

The stories on this site come from individual families and are shared with their permission. Every baby is different, and one family's experience is not a promise of results. Testimonials are not medical evidence.

Products and links to other sites

The site and the book may mention or link to ingredients, products or other websites. We don't control those sites or products and aren't responsible for their content, quality or safety. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only mention things we genuinely use or believe in.

Buying the book

The book is a digital download, delivered as a PDF straight after payment and by email. The price is shown in US dollars on the book page and at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Because the book is delivered instantly as a digital file, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If something goes wrong (you were charged twice, the file won't open, or the link has expired), write to us and we'll make it right. Your download link works for 60 days, so please save the PDF somewhere safe.

Copyright and your copy

The book, the recipe write-up, the characters, the photographs and the rest of this site are protected by copyright and belong to Sacred Soul Farm and the author, or to the people who licensed them to us. When you buy the book you get a personal licence to read it on your own devices and print it for your own use. Please don't share, upload, resell or republish the file or large parts of it. You're welcome to share the free recipe page by linking to it.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

No warranties

The site, the recipe and the book are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and helpful, but we don't promise that they are complete, current, error-free or suitable for your situation, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sacred Soul Farm, the author and anyone involved in making this site or the book are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the site, the recipe or the book, or from relying on any information in them. Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the book.

You agree to hold harmless Sacred Soul Farm and the author from any claim arising from your use of the recipe or the information on this site or in the book.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collier County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you bought the book still apply to that purchase.
