Dirctions on how to make
Directions to make Coopers Recipe

*(Each batch lasts 3-5 days refrigerated or 5 hours if not refrigerated. Do not freeze!)

Use 8 cup blender-Vitamix or Ninja-Mix all ingredients untill pureed

Below are amounts for 6 months plus (Half of the amounts added below if under 6 months except the coconut water and milk)

This recipe is to be used in addition to breast milk, Goat's milk, or if past six months can supplement with beans (black beans or white beans for iron) and lemon/or lime water (extra vitamin C).

Dry ingredients (Use Zip Lock bags and make 20-30 at a time so you don't have to get poducts out each time you need to make a batch.)

1 tbsp Goofy Greens

1 tsp Power Powders

1 tbsp Mighty Minerals

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1 tbsp Hemp seeds

1 tbsp Flax seeds

2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds

6 cups of your choice of Unsweetened Almond Milk, Hemp Milk, Flax seed Milk, or Goats Milk (Hemp milk recipe: 1 cup water, 2 cups hemp seeds. Puree.)

2 cups Coconut water

2 Hass Avocados

1 tbsp Coconut oil and or Flax oil

1 or 2 Dates (optional)

10 drops (eyedropper) Liquid Chlorophyll

1/8th tsp Radiant Vitamin C in each bottle (Add after blended to each 8 ounce bottle and shake bottle lightly. The vitamin C can destabalize when adding to blender.) Upon testing the formula, it was not detected because it was blended, thus destablazing the Vitamin C, therefore you most add after blending and fresh to eat bottle. In replacement or addition to, you could simply give your baby water with fresh lime but ensure you do one or the other because babies need vitamin C. If you choice to vaccinate, give your baby extra vitamin C for days to follow because the vaccinations deplete vitamin C.

• If baby has a problem with taste add liquid stevia (alcohol free), switch milks, or as a last choice use coconut palm sugar.

• You will need to punch holes in the nipples for better flow.

• I advise mixing 20 to 30 small zip lock bags of the dried ingredients so you do not have to get the products out each time you make a batch.
